About Us


DSSC is a financial technology developer and services provider. DSSC develops and operates platforms for digital financial transactions such as remittances, bill payments, mobile money and microfinance.

DSSC develops white label technology and provides compliance, data protection and marketing services which help its clients facilitate faster, cheaper and more accessible movement of money across different countries, networks and currencies.

DSSC’s clients include banks, money transfer companies, telecoms and government agencies working on financial ecosystem aggregation and improvement programmes.

With the headquarters in London and offices in Lisbon, Stockholm and Dubai, DSSC operates in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Our Team


DSSC was founded in 2016 by a group of colleagues and friends who had worked together at Western Union.

David Foskett

CEO

David is responsible for DSSC’s strategic direction, financial performance, international expansion and fundraising. David created DSSC after a 20-year career in senior financial and operational roles in the payments and remittances industry. Prior to DSSC, David was Chief Financial Officer at Western Union Payments Services (EMEA) and COO at Moni Technologies, where he led the fundraising exercise.

Kumar Sreedharan

COO

Kumar is responsible for business, marketing, product development, supplier relations and recruitment. Kumar ran technology operations for companies in the remittances and mobile payments. He was responsible for developing and deploying Western Union's mobile remittance platforms, completing 17 integrations with large operators like Vodafone, Tigo, MTN and  Airtel, across the globe. Kumar was also the CTO at Cassava, an Econet Wireless company.

Russell Cole

CTO

Russell leads technology development at DSSC. Russell has over a decade of software development experience, including consumer finance systems. He had previously worked at Ticketmaster and SAS, and was the technical lead at Unified Logic, where he led the design and development of a software asset management system that was acquired by Microsoft in 2014 to help push its Azure cloud platform.
